In the event of the item/s ordered being damaged, incorrect or of unsatisfactory quality Pictorial Meadows will replace or refund the cost of the item in full provided:
- The original items are returned in their original packing.
- The items are returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- Pictorial Meadows can not be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during transit but we will assist as far as possible to ensure you are not disappointed.

Warranties and Liability – Where any claim is made, we shall be entitled to replace the goods free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund of the goods, but we shall have no further liability. We shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage. Our entire liability shall not exceed the price of the goods. Subject as expressly provided in these terms and except where the goods are sold to a person dealing as a consumer (within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977), all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where the goods are sold under a consumer transaction (as defined by the consumer transactions (restrictions and Statements) order 1976) the Statutory Rights of the buyer are not affected by these terms. Nothing in these terms shall be taken to exclude liability
