Delivery and Returns
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders of Seeds and Gifts over £30.
Please note that Sneeboer Tools, Brookfield Bug Hotels, and Pictorial Meadows Turf are not eligible for free delivery.
Postage and packaging
For orders of less than £30, or for excluded items, there is a fixed charge postage and packaging charge of £2.95.
Orders for seeds, gifts, and accessories are dispatched promptly by post or parcel carrier, but please allow 7-10 days for delivery. If items are temporarily out of stock and we are expecting fresh supplies we will keep you informed should you wish to wait for a later delivery date.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery on your order. Please make sure this address is accurate, and you are careful to select the appropriate address for shipping and billing. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Christmas Last Order Date
To ensure that your order arrives by Christmas, we recommend placing your order no later than 13th December.
Our courier will attempt to deliver your order 3 times before it is returned us. If you think you have missed your delivery 3 times, please get in touch.
At present we are unable to ship orders outside of the UK, but hope to be able to offer this service again in the near future.
Returns and Order Cancellation
We hope that you are delighted with your order from us – however we understand that you may wish to return an item/order if you change your mind or if you find an item is not as you expect. Any returns must be returned in the sealed packets they were dispatched in. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
We cannot accept returns of any bespoke seed mixes or non-catalogue items.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We take great care to ensure your orders arrive with you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, items can occasionally be damaged in transit. If you items have arrived with damage, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us through this website or emailing email@example.com we will endeavor to provide a refund or replacement.
