Delivery & Returns

Postage and packaging

For orders there is a fixed charge postage and packaging charge of £3.95.

Orders for seeds, gifts, and accessories are dispatched promptly by post or parcel carrier, but please allow 7-10 days for delivery. If items are temporarily out of stock and we are expecting fresh supplies we will keep you informed should you wish to wait for a later delivery date. 

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery on your order. Please make sure this address is accurate, and you are careful to select the appropriate address for shipping and billing. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
For Pictorial Turf orders the delivery cost will vary dependent on the delivery address. We will provide you a delivery quote before your order is finalised. Click here to request your quote.

Christmas Last Order Date

To ensure that your order arrives by Christmas, we recommend placing your order no later than 13th December. 

Missed Delivery?

Royal Mail will leave a card on first attempt. DHL will try twice and leave a card on each occasion. If you are concerned that your delivery is overdue, please contact us by telephone during office hours, or by using the Get In Touch form

International orders

At present we are unable to ship orders outside of the UK, but hope to be able to offer this service again in the near future. 
We do currently ship to Jersey and Guernsey, however, the channel islands are not considered part of the UK in relation to the postal service there is an increased postal cost.

Returns and Order Cancellation

We hope that you are delighted with your order from us – however we understand that you may wish to return an item/order if you change your mind or if you find an item is not as you expect.  Any returns must be returned in the sealed packets they were dispatched in. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We cannot accept returns of any bespoke seed mixes or non-catalogue items.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your orders arrive with you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, items can occasionally be damaged in transit. If you items have arrived with damage, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us through this website or emailing we will endeavor to provide a refund or replacement.
